"Atmósferas Electrónicas". (2021) 
Sound work. Soundtrack.

 

This electroacoustic work was conceived as the original soundtrack for my poetry collection El borde exterior (The Outer Edge). A printed QR code included in the publication links to a dedicated SoundCloud page where the full sound piece is hosted.

The intention behind this composition was to offer the reader a multi-sensory experience, enhancing the reading of the text through an additional layer of sonic meaning. The work explores and expands the emotional and conceptual landscape of the book.

Composed using predominantly lo-fi hardware and audio samples sourced from various media, the piece moves fluidly across genres—touching on ambient, noise, soundscapes, and even techno.

The nine tracks evoke the possibility of a dystopian future, where absence and the act of searching—across time and space—for what has been lost, become the only viable realities.
